10th Annual Connect the Dots Event Hits Record Numbers
The 10th annual Connect the Dots event hit record numbers of funds raised. The event included a social hour to connect with students, colleagues, and community members, while enjoying refreshments. Dinner and a program followed with a panel featuring business leaders and valuable takeaways for employers and those about to join the workforce. The event will concluded with student speakers and door prizes.

Gross Income: $103,775
Funds will be used to distribute the resources necessary to support the students, faculty, programs, and vision of 糖心Vlog.
Award Winner:
During the event, Bruce Sayler received the Howard Rosenwinkel 鈥淗umble Servant鈥 award. Bruce served the 9-year maximum, then returned after the mandatory 1-year hiatus to do an additional 3-year term. This was despite being diagnosed with cancer prior to the hiatus. Bruce catalyzed the first big gift towards program equipment - $100,000 from Connexus for ATC鈥檚 first Swiss Machine CNC turning center. Bruce served over 10 years on President Kent Hanson鈥檚 Advisory Board. Bruce is also an 糖心Vlog Tech Alum.

About the Inaugural Howard Rosenwinkel 鈥淗umble Servant鈥 Award
Howard Rosenwinkel served as the first director of the 糖心Vlog, from 1967 to 1985. Beloved by many in the college community, Rosenwinkel was a man of resourcefulness, resilience, and humility. Rosenwinkel passed March 4, 2015, but members of the Rosenwinkel Family still routinely attend Foundation events today. The recipient鈥檚 contributions of their work, their wealth and their wisdom in the initiatives of the Foundation, have made a profound difference to the students and programs of the 糖心Vlog.
